88 cities with at least one Tim Hortons.
Alberta concentrates harder than any other large province. Its 417 restaurants sit in only 88 cities, and Calgary and Edmonton hold the bulk of them — a very different pattern from Quebec, which spreads a similar count over far more places.
The rest follow Highway 2 between the two cities and the routes out to Fort McMurray, Grande Prairie and the mountain parks. A total of 305 of the Alberta locations have a drive-thru, which is what you would expect in a province built around driving distances. Winter matters here too: the drive-thru does more work in January than the dining room does.
The menu and its prices are national. A brewed coffee is $1.83, a French Vanilla $3.19, a dozen donuts $14.49 and a Double Stacked Loaded Box $6.99. Hot drinks do more of the work in an Alberta winter than the cold ones do.
Breakfast is served all day at most restaurants, with lunch added at around 10:30 AM. A total of 45 Alberta locations never close — mostly the highway stores between Calgary and Edmonton and the ones serving shift work in the north. Mobile ordering is the practical option in a cold snap.
Catering runs from the $18.49 baked goods bundle to the 105-cup coffee Cambro at $160.00, with the large box the better rate of the three sizes. The catering calculator works a guest count into platters and boxes.
There are 417 Tim Hortons restaurants in Alberta across 88 cities.
Calgary has the most, then Edmonton, with Lethbridge, Red Deer, Grande Prairie and Sherwood Park following. The two big cities hold well over half the province's restaurants between them.
45 of the 417 run around the clock. The rest keep normal trading hours, and each restaurant on this page shows its own full week — no two are assumed to match. Holiday hours are covered on the hours page.
Delivery is handled by third-party services rather than by Tim Hortons itself, so coverage depends on the individual restaurant and the app you order through. The delivery page explains how each service charges, which is the part that actually differs.
305 of 417. Drive-thru hours often run later than the counter, so a restaurant showing as closed on this page may still be serving at the window.
